Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of HushBub, an iOS app operated by All Sure Ltd (company number 16710999), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
What HushBub does
HushBub is a convenience tool that can listen on one iPhone, play a user-supplied voice recording, and notify a paired Parent phone. It is not a medical device, medical advice, emergency service, or replacement for adult supervision. Keep responsibility for your baby’s care with an adult and use your own judgement.
Your responsibilities
Use HushBub only where you have permission to record and process the audio around you. Keep devices charged, connected as needed, and positioned safely away from the cot. Test the setup before monitoring overnight. Notifications can be delayed, silenced, or unavailable because of device settings, connectivity, or third-party services.
Subscriptions and trial
Paid Nursery features require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple; the paired Parent companion is free. The annual plan is US$79.99 per year and includes a seven-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. The weekly plan is US$5.99 per week with no free trial. Apple displays the exact price and currency for your country before purchase.
A valid Apple payment method is required to start the annual trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid annual subscription on day eight. Subscriptions then renew for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Apple charges your Apple Account at the price it shows. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account; use Restore Purchases in HushBub to restore an eligible purchase. Apple handles billing and refunds.
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s mandatory terms, Apple’s terms control.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve HushBub. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, accurate detection in every situation, or that every alert will arrive or make a sound.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Sure Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by unavailable connectivity, device settings, third-party services, or use outside HushBub’s stated purpose.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available where you live.
